Delivery

Once you have purchased your products, our team will call you to organise a suitable date and time for delivery. Delivery is usually between 1-3 weeks depending on the products ordered and location.

Our delivery specialists will set up, assemble, and demonstrate the use of the products one final time before you are ready to use them. If you have any trouble preparing the room for the installation, please alert us at the time of booking and we will ensure time is allocated to help you with this process.

We understand that certain scenarios require an urgent delivery. Please advise our team and will help as best as possible.

Our new online store is open for deliveries in Victoria and New South Wales, however, in the coming weeks and months we are expanding the store to all states. If you are outside of VIC or NSW and are interested in a product now, please call us directly and we can organise your order and specific delivery options.
