Order Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately after payment terms are met. At this time our delivery department will contact you to book in date and time that suits. They will also go over the process of the day. Smaller items that are shipped via post will be processed and shipped with 24-48hrs.

Day of Delivery: Our PLEGA Team will install and assemble all products. They will demonstrate the use and ensure everything is in working order. It is also possible to have our team prepare the room and dispose of items such as old beds and mattresses. You can organise these extra services with sales or the delivery team at the time of booking.

To clean the rail, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish. Always make sure the rail is completely dry before use to prevent slipping.

Regular inspections are recommended; check weekly that fittings and attachments remain secure, and discontinue use if any part appears loose or damaged. The tiltable mechanism should move smoothly; if stiffness occurs, look for obstructions and clean the joints.

PLEGA provides a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The standard warranty period is twelve months from the date of purchase, although extended options may be available depending on your distributor.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Routine maintenance issues such as cleaning or tightening fittings are also excluded.

To make a claim, you will need proof of purchase and should contact PLEGA or your retailer with product details and a description of the issue. Claims are assessed by PLEGA’s service team before repair or replacement is approved.
