Can I wash the protector in a washing machine?

Absolutely. Mattress & Pillow Protectors are hot machine‑washable up to 60 °C, making them easy to clean and maintain.

Does it protect against viruses and allergens?

Yes. Mattress & Pillow Protectors feature a viral barrier tested to ASTM F1671 Level 4 standards, helping prevent viruses, bacteria, and allergens from passing through.

Will the protector make my bed hot or noisy?

No. The Miracle Layer® is air‑vapour porous, so it allows airflow to keep you cool. It’s also designed to be quiet, so you won’t hear crinkling sounds while you sleep.

How often should I wash the protector?

We recommend washing every 1–2 weeks, or more frequently if there are spills or allergy concerns.

Can I tumble dry the protector?

Yes, Mattress & Pillow Protectors can be tumble‑dried on a low heat setting. Avoid high heat to preserve the waterproof Miracle Layer®.

Does the protector help with night sweats?

Yes. The breathable Tencel™ fabric and air‑vapour porous Miracle Layer® allow airflow, helping regulate temperature and reduce overheating.

Is the product safe for children and babies?

Yes. The non‑toxic, plant‑based Fresche® antimicrobial treatment makes it safe for all ages, including children.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: The Mattress & Pillow Protectors is covered by PLEGA’s standard product warranty, which ensures protection against manufacturing defects.

Coverage: Warranty applies to faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.
