Delivery Methods & Timeframes: Standard Delivery is 1-2 Weeks, Express (special request), and In-Store Pickup (requested and subject to availability).

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately after payment terms are met. At this time, our delivery department will contact you to book a date and time that suits you. They will also go over the process of the day. Smaller items that are shipped via post will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Day of Delivery: Our PLEGA Team will install and assemble all products. They will demonstrate the use and ensure everything is in working order. It is also possible to have our team prepare the room and dispose of items such as old beds and mattresses. You can organise these extra services with sales or the delivery team at the time of booking.
